Share your calendar
At the bottom of the page, select. to go to Calendar.
At the top of the page, select Share, and choose the calendar you want to share. ...
Enter the name or email address of the person with whom you want to share your calendar.
Choose how you want this person to use your calendar: ...
Select Share.

Open Outlook.
Click Calendar on the left side of the window.
CTRL + Click on the calendar name and select Sharing Permissions.
Click Add User.
Search for the user and select the name for the person to whom you wish to give permissions and click Add.
Select the permission level for the user.
Click OK to save changes.
